Execution workflow

1. Define SLI/SLO scope and measurable targets per critical flow.
2. Add or adjust traces, metrics, logs, and correlation context.
3. Validate cardinality, alert quality, and runbook links.
4. Add health/readiness checks and operational evidence where applicable.
5. Validate with deterministic checks and document residual risk.
